Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

Sentari collects only the data needed to operate the app for you:

• Your email address, used to create your account and sign you in.
• The Kraken API key and secret you provide. These are always encrypted before they are stored and are never kept in plaintext. They are scoped to trade permission only and can never be used to withdraw funds; we use them solely to place trades on your behalf.
• Financial and portfolio data tied to your account, including your Kraken balances, trade history, and the capital you allocate to your agent.
• Your device push-notification token, used to send the signal and trade alerts you enable.

We do not collect this data for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to operate the app for you:

• Provide core features, including signal generation and automated trading
• Securely connect to your Kraken account to place trades on your behalf
• Send the signal and trade alerts you choose to enable
• Provide support and respond to your questions

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it for third-party tracking. We share it only with the core providers needed to run Sentari, described below.

3. How We Protect Your Keys

Your Kraken API key and secret are always encrypted before they are stored, and we never keep them in plaintext. Because we ask you to grant trade permission only, Sentari can never withdraw your funds and never takes custody of your assets, which remain in your own Kraken account at all times.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored and Who Processes It

Your account data is stored in our backend on Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and the Realtime Database), which acts as our data processor and holds your data solely to provide the app to you. We also rely on a small number of other providers, each with its own privacy practices:

• Kraken, to connect to and place trades on your linked exchange account
• Stripe, for web subscription billing
• Vercel, for hosting the website
• Google Cloud, for backend processing such as validating subscriptions

These providers maintain their own GDPR and CCPA practices. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not use advertising or third-party tracking SDKs.

5. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from within the app, in Settings. When you do, we remove your personal data and encrypted credentials from our active systems.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about you
• Delete your account and the data associated with it, which you can do from within the app in Settings
• Disconnect your Kraken account at any time

7. Children's Privacy

Sentari is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
